Privacy Policy

Your privacy on garcesbrosstudios.com.

Last updated: June 1, 2026

This policy explains what Garces Bros Studios ("we," "us," "our") collects when you visit garcesbrosstudios.com, how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Garces Bros Studios is a video production studio based in Orlando, Florida.

1. What we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

Information you give us. If you fill out a form on the site (Discovery Call booking, the From Views to Clients framework gate, or the homepage funnel form), we collect what you submit — your name, email, business name, and any other field you choose to complete. We use that information to send you the resource you requested and, where you've opted in, to follow up about your project.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we and our analytics + advertising partners collect standard log data (IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, pages visited, time on page). We use this to understand how visitors use the site and to measure marketing performance.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure traffic, and — with your consent — show you relevant ads on other sites. You'll see a banner on your first visit asking which of these you want to allow. Three categories:

  • Necessary. Always on. Without these the site can't remember you've watched a video in the funnel, can't submit forms, and can't deliver the framework deck. No identifiers leave the site.
  • Analytics. Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-GLC9K2KYPK). Anonymous, aggregated traffic measurement — page views, session duration, traffic sources.
  • Marketing. Google Ads remarketing and Meta Pixel. Lets us measure ad performance and show relevant ads to people who visited the site. Off by default — only enabled if you opt in.

You can change your choices at any time from the link in the footer.

3. Third-party services we use

  • Google Analytics 4 — site analytics. Google's privacy policy.
  • Google Ads — remarketing and conversion measurement (when consented). Google ads policy.
  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Pixel — remarketing and conversion measurement (when consented). Meta's privacy policy.
  • Netlify — site hosting. Logs basic request data. Netlify privacy policy.
  • MailerLite — email automation if you join a list. MailerLite privacy policy.
  • Calendly — booking the Discovery Call. Calendly privacy policy.
  • Sanity — content management. Sanity doesn't see your interactions with the live site; it stores the content we publish. Sanity privacy policy.

4. How we use what we collect

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the resources you request (framework deck, Discovery Call confirmation, etc.).
  • Follow up about projects, if you've opted in to communication.
  • Measure how the site performs and improve it.
  • Measure ad campaign performance and show relevant ads (only with your consent).
  • Meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

5. How we share information

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers listed in section 3 — and only as needed to operate the site, deliver the resource you asked for, and (with consent) measure marketing. If we ever change ownership, customer information would transfer with the business under the terms of this policy.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit how your personal information is used. Specifically:

  • California (CCPA / CPRA). Right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale or sharing." Using "Reject all" on the cookie banner is treated as your opt-out signal. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.
  • Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), and other US states with privacy laws. Similar rights to access, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising.
  • European Economic Area, UK, Switzerland. We don't intentionally market to or collect information from users in these regions. If you're visiting from there and want your data deleted, email us at contact@garcesbros.com.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@garcesbros.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. How we keep information secure

We use industry-standard safeguards: TLS encryption in transit, secure third-party providers, scoped API tokens, and access limited to the Garces Bros team. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

8. Children's privacy

The site is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices change. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top, and material changes will be noted on this page.
