These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of garcesbrosstudios.com (the "Site"), operated by Garces Bros Studios ("we," "us," "our"), a video production studio based in Orlando, Florida. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, submitting false information through our forms, or using it to transmit anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing.

2. Service information, not an offer

The Site describes our services and packages, including starting prices. All published prices are starting points: final pricing depends on scope, location, timeline, deliverables, and production needs, and is confirmed in a written agreement before any engagement begins. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, and we may change our services, packages, and prices at any time.

Any engagement for production, web, or content services is governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement — not by these Terms. If those documents conflict, the engagement agreement controls.

3. No guarantees of results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside any provider's control. Content on the Site — including case studies, testimonials, and educational material — reflects specific client experiences and general practices, not a promise of leads, rankings, revenue, or any particular result for your business.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, frameworks, and downloadable resources — are owned by Garces Bros Studios or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and download materials for your personal or internal business evaluation. You may not republish, resell, or commercially exploit Site content without our written permission. Client names, logos, and testimonials appear with permission and may not be reused.

5. Forms, accounts, and communications

When you submit a form (booking, quiz, lead form, or newsletter), you confirm the information is accurate and you're authorized to provide it. Where you opt in, you agree to receive related communications from us; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Team-access areas of the Site are restricted to authorized users; credentials may not be shared.

6. Third-party services and links

The Site links to and integrates third-party services (for example Calendly for booking, YouTube for video, and the providers listed in our Privacy Policy). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we don't control and aren't responsible for.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garces Bros Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Garces Bros Studios and its team from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
